Meet CHRISTEL

I get what it’s like to love deeply, pray hard, and still feel lost in the chaos of ADHD parenting.

For years, I wrestled with mom-guilt, isolation, and the exhausting rollercoaster of raising a child who didn’t seem to “fit the mold.” I was labeled. My son was labeled. I often felt like I had to apologize for his behavior—even to people who should’ve known better.

But in the middle of the chaos, God showed me a better way. Through His Word, prayer, clinical guidance, and trial-by-fire parenting, I began to see ADHD not as a problem to fix—but as a different ability, handcrafted by God.

Now, I’m here to walk with you—Christian mama to Christian mama—through the challenges and triumphs of parenting your beautifully wired child.

“I thought I had to fix my son. Turns out, God wanted to grow me.”

I believe in:

Raising kids with compassion, not control — because connection matters more than correction.

Looking for strengths, not just symptoms — your child is more than a diagnosis.

Letting God’s grace lead our parenting — even when we mess up (again).

I’m an ICF-credentialed life coach (ACC), certified strengths-based coach, parenting coach, and most importantly, a Jesus-loving mom to a wonderfully unique boy with ADHD.

PARENTING COACHING FOR CHRISTIAN MOMS OF ADHD KIDS

I coach Christian moms like you who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and sometimes just plain done. You’re doing your best, but your child’s behavior, impulsivity, emotions, or school struggles feel like too much—and the advice you’re getting doesn’t seem to “work” for your child.

I’ve been there. And I’m here to tell you:
You are not a bad mom. Your child is not a bad kid. And God has not abandoned you in this.

My coaching is built on Biblical truth, trauma-aware methods, ADHD science, and my own lived experience as a Christian mom raising a son with ADHD.

I’ll help you:

  • Understand how ADHD actually works (it’s not what most people think!)
  • Parent with calm, confidence, and connection
  • Build your child’s self-esteem without burning out your own
  • Find the best ways to guide and support your child, based on their unique wiring
  • Repair and strengthen your relationship with your child—even after hard seasons
  • Respond to emotional outbursts and challenging behavior with grace, not guilt
  • Embrace your unique calling as your child’s safe place—not their fixer

Together, we’ll walk a path of grace, not pressure—so you can parent from peace, not panic.

WHAT MAKES MY COACHING DIFFERENT

Let’s be real: there’s no shortage of parenting advice out there. But most of it doesn’t speak to the real-life, real-faith, real-tired Christian mom raising a child with ADHD.

That’s where my coaching is different.

  • I bring lived experience — I’m not just trained. I’m walking this same road with you, raising a wonderfully wired ADHD child who has challenged and changed me.
  • Faith is my foundation — Every tool, tip, or strategy I share is filtered through prayer, the Word of God, and the gentle leading of the Holy Spirit.
  • I coach from strength, not shame — I’m a certified strengths-based coach, which means I focus on what’s working, not just what’s “wrong.” ADHD kids and their moms both have God-given strengths—and I’ll help you discover and build on them.
  • You don’t have to perform or pretend — Come as you are, mama. Whether you’ve just yelled, cried in the bathroom, or feel like you’re failing—I get it. Coaching with me is a safe, judgment-free zone covered in grace.

This is coaching that doesn’t just aim to fix problems—it helps you build a new rhythm, rooted in God’s truth and overflowing with hope.

GET TO KNOW ME (FUN FACTS!)

We’re probably already friends at heart, but here’s a little peek into my everyday world:

  • ✝️ I was raised an atheist and didn’t walk into a church or open a Bible until I was 25. That day changed everything.
  • 🌊 My favorite way to pray is underwater—literally! I talk to Jesus with my head immersed while swimming.
  • 💃 I don’t know how to dance at all, but my son has been dancing since before he could walk!
  • 🖍️ My son and I love coloring together—it’s our quiet, cozy way to bond and connect.
  • 🤫 I’m pretty quiet… unless I’m talking about Jesus or coaching. Then I light up!
  • 📖 My life verse? “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13 NIV).
  • 🤗 We have silly “hug attacks” where we both collapse into giggles—those are the best kind of therapy.
  • 🌙 Our bedtime ritual includes snuggling and talking about the day—even the messy parts.
